Instructions for Filling up the Online Application Form.

	Before going to fill up the online application form make sure that you have the Demand Draft/ Banker's Cheque with you of Rs. 500/-  in favour of Director, DDCE, Utkal University payable on Syndicate or State Bank of India at Bhubaneswar
	After submission of online form you will get a printable version of online form.
	Print the online form and enclose self attested photocopies of certificates and mark sheets of all examination passed along with demand draft to DDCE,Utkal University, Vanivihar, Bhubaneswar-7 by Regd. Post. or by Hand before 25.06.2012, before 5 PM
	For MCA/LMCA Eligibility : Any graduate from Utkal University or any other University recognized by Utkal University under 10+2+3 pattern with Mathematics/Statistics as a subject at +2 / Graduation level.
